Protokol i\u00e7eri\u011fi e\u011fitim, bilim ve teknoloji alanlar\u0131nda kalk\u0131nmay\u0131 destekleyen projeler ve uygulamalar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla iki belediye aras\u0131ndaki i\u015f birli\u011finin geli\u015ftirilmesine ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesine katk\u0131da bulunacak mekanizmalar\u0131n kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 da kaps\u0131yor.
